What is Buildertrend?
Buildertrend is a cloud based project management platform that Woodman Builders, Inc uses to manage projects. As part of using this platform, WBI has the option to invite you to view your project from your PC or mobile device.
Downloading the Buildertrend Mobile App as a Homeowner
Getting set up with the Buildertrend Mobile App is an important first step and will improve communication between you and WBI. (Please note: The Buildertrend Application will no longer support iOS Versions 9 and 10. Devices must have iOS 11 or newer.)
To download the mobile application, navigate to the App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). Next, search for Buildertrend, select it, and install the application. Once downloaded, you will have access to all information while on the go.
Homeowner Notifications
Buildertrend has many automated notifications in place to ensure you and WBI are on the same page organically as events occur. If you are receiving too many notifications or not enough, you can edit your notification preferences. Notifications are adjusted by going to the User Profile Icon in the top right of your Homeowner account and selecting Settings.
